About intheword365

intheword365 provides faceless daily Scripture encouragement: devotionals, verse images, short narrated videos, and related materials drawn from a 365-day Scripture plan. Content is offered for spiritual encouragement and education. It is not a substitute for pastoral care, counseling, medical advice, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access non-public systems without permission.
• Scrape or republish large portions of content in a way that misrepresents authorship or affiliation.
• Use intheword365 branding or materials to imply endorsement of products, politics, or teachings we have not approved.

Content and Scripture quotations

Public Scripture quotations follow our ministry standards (CSB where we quote publicly on this project). Reflections and devotionals are original ministry content unless otherwise noted. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution for personal, non-commercial use. For other reuse, contact us first.

Social platforms and automated posting

intheword365 may publish automatically to social platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) using official platform APIs and accounts we control. Platform terms apply when you view or interact with content there. We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party account actions outside our control.

No warranties

The site and content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free pages, or that content will meet every reader's expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, intheword365 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
